Afternoon Magic

Driving back home from a trip to the Sierras in California, the afternoon sun cast this beautiful golden light on the Sierra foothills. The sky was this vivid cobalt blue and the entire scene was bright and electric.

This is my favorite time of day - the deep orange-yellow of the sun, bathing everything in its warm light, making it all magical.
